On January 8, the business key staffs and manages of Surapid participated in the theme discussion of "What are the Core Values of Surapid?" under the direction Mr. Yang Li from the Human Resources Department of NEW XI'AO Group.Before the discussion, Chairman Miao Jianning made an opening speech, and he emphasized the importance of the training.Now the Surapid In the rapid growth stage, with the introduction of a large number of excellent talents, the interweaving and collision of different cultures become more and more frequent, and it becomes more and more urgent to establish a common goal and code of conduct. At the same time, in strong enemy before and a pursuer behind with limited resources case,we need keep the faith to Surapid's furture,hope that each participant will clear the core values that the company needs at this stage.

Mr. Yang combed through the milestones of each year since the establishment of the company. The first dispatch, the first agency meeting, dispatched over 1000 sets, the first 200 sets' project.. As a new brand, Surapid delivered over 6000 sets in just a few years, which has created a miracle in the elevator industry.From these years of growth to summarize and refine the core values which we all agreed: customer orientation,positive and practical,open and progressive,creative, win-win cooperation,eople oriented.
In the end, we all worked out the corresponding code of conduct.The discussion results of our training meeting were highly recognized by Chairman . He fully affirmed that "customer first" should be the first principle of Surapid, adopt a positive and practical attitude, open and  progressive spirit, flexible and innovative concept, and achieve the goal of win-win cooperation.At the same time, we should put people first and attach importance to talent training.
The atmosphere of the whole discussion was warm. Every participant spoke up and expressed their own opinions actively. Everyone's speech was applauded by everyone in meeting, which was a kind of encouragement, recognition and more importantl a touch.Process counts more than results, the passionate and full discussion enabled the core team to understand what Surapid needs now and how to do it. Believe that we can unite as one and do our best to make steady progress towards the goal of breaking the 10,000 units by 2020.
